Membership Terms and Conditions
1. Membership is valid for 12 months from the subscription date.
2. Memberships are neither refundable or transferable.
3. Membership entitles the subscriber to discounted balls as detailed on the membership tariff by use of a Membership card.
4. A minimum of £10 is initially required to activate a Membership card followed by minimum top-ups of £10 as and when required.
5. Membership cards must only be used by the named cardholder.
6. Any remaining credit left on a Membership card is not refundable. If a member does not wish to renew their Membership, remaining credit can be used to purchase non-discounted balls (within three months of Membership expiry date.) After this period any unused credit will expire.
7. The Management reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions of Membership and the discount structure without prior notice.
8. The Management reserve the right to withdraw Membership from any Member misusing the facilities and ask that all Members observe the Health and Safety signs within the golf range.
9. If any member liable to payment of their annual subscription has not paid within three months of the date due, they will cease on that date to be a Member and be removed from the Members Register.
10. Replacement membership cards cost £1.00.
